Works on the Free plan: 15 diagram nodes + 150 notes, text, stickers & mind map topics per diagram.

A vision board puts the goals for a year on one page so you can see them together. This template has six areas, career, health, relationships, learning, adventure, and giving back, each on its own coloured note with a sticker that sets the mood.

Write what a great year would look like in each area, swap the stickers for ones that mean something to you, and add photos or short notes as reminders. Because it is a diagram rather than a poster, you can open it again in a few months, tick off what happened, and adjust the rest.

When to use it

  • Setting personal goals at the start of a year or a new job.
  • Running a team offsite where everyone shares what success means to them.
  • Teaching goal setting in a classroom or coaching session.
  • Creating a mood board for a project, a trip, or a long-term plan.

How to use it

  1. Open the template and rewrite each area as a concrete goal you can picture.

  2. Change the stickers and note colours so the board feels like yours, and add images if you want visual reminders.

  3. Add a short first step under each goal so it turns into something you can start this month.

  4. Save a named revision, share the link with someone who will keep you honest, and come back to update it each quarter. Free keeps up to 3 named revisions per diagram.

Questions

Can I add my own photos?

Yes. Drop an image onto the canvas or paste it from the clipboard. Images are stored inside the diagram, so the board stays complete when you export or share it.

Is a vision board only for personal goals?

No. Teams use the same layout for yearly themes, culture goals, or a product vision. Rename the areas to fit, for example customers, quality, growth, and people.
