About
Smart diagrams for teams that keep them current
We built Archboard because slides rot, whiteboards get wiped, and the diagrams teams rely on (architecture, flows, plans, and ideas) deserve the same craft as the work they describe.
Archboard is an infinite, editable canvas for smart, structured diagrams. Purpose-built nodes know what they are: a Kubernetes Deployment, a C4 container, a flowchart decision, a mind map topic, a sticky note. Edges carry meaning. Documents stay structured so you can import, export, and revise with confidence.
Not the education-software Archboard: getarchboard.app is a hosted workspace for smart, structured diagrams (from cloud architecture to mind maps) for platform and product teams. The separately operated education product at archboard.io is a different company and a different product.
Platform engineers map Kubernetes and network topologies. Product teams sketch flows and user journeys beside the services that power them. Everyone brainstorms with sticky notes, mind maps, and templates on the same canvas: one visual language in a hosted workspace.
Hosted by design: secure sessions, organization memberships, revisions, live editing for people and AI agents, and share or embed, so diagrams stay alive with your team instead of getting trapped in a slide deck.
Who’s behind Archboard?
Halil Öncen
Founder & developer
The brain behind this product. Draws architecture diagrams by day; makes the tool that draws them better by night.
What we optimize for
What we optimize for
Clarity over decoration
Guides, snap, parenting, and clean edges exist to keep diagrams legible at scale, not to impress a demo reel.
Documents you can version
Structured documents and revision snapshots mean architecture evolves with the codebase, not against it.
Built to work together, live
Organizations and workspaces online: invite teammates, edit together with live cursors, connect AI agents through MCP, start from a template, share links that update live, and embed diagrams where your docs already live.
