Screens and decisions from the first visit to the dashboard
Works on the Free plan: 15 diagram nodes + 150 notes, text, stickers & mind map topics per diagram.
A user flow maps the screens a person sees and the choices they make on the way to a goal. This template follows a first visit, from opening the app to reaching the dashboard, with a welcome screen, a decision on whether the user already has an account, and separate sign-up and log-in screens.
The screens are simple wireframes with real controls, so the flow shows what the user sees as well as where they go. Add the error states, the forgotten password path, or the onboarding steps your product needs, and review the flow with design and engineering before anyone builds the screens.
Rename the start and end points to the goal you are designing for.
Edit the wireframe screens and add one screen for every step the user sees.
Add decisions where the path splits and label each arrow with the condition that leads there.
Add error and edge cases, then share the flow for review or export it for a design document.
Not for a flow. The wireframe pack has screens, buttons, inputs, and navigation elements that are enough to show structure. Move to a design tool when you need pixel-level visuals.
A user flow is about screens and decisions inside a product. A journey map covers the wider experience over time, including feelings and touchpoints outside the product.
